It is, of course, disappointing if you have a complaint regarding the service you have
experienced. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint to our customer service
department. This can be done via email, regular post, or by using our contact form. Our
customer service team will review the matter and attempt to resolve the issue to everyone's
satisfaction.
Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond
to your complaint within 14 days of receipt; should it require more time, we will notify
you accordingly.
Guarantees and Webshop Trustmark Foundation
Should you prefer not to contact us directly, you may also reach out to the mediation department of Webshop Trustmark Foundation (Stichting Webshop Keurmerk), with which we are affiliated. If the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, you have the option to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (Geschillencommissie - SGC).
