Terms and Conditions Digital Content
The delivery of digital content other than on a physical carrier (e.g. DVD, CD, CD-rom) is legally excluded from the right of withdrawal, as stated in Article 10.13 sub b of the General Terms and Conditions.

Explanation
This means that software licences cannot be returned or exchanged. The same rules apply as for, for example, music and films. These rules have been established because we are unable to verify whether the supplied licence has already been used or may still be used. This is in accordance with Dutch and European legislation and the guidelines of the Dutch Consumers’ Association.
