New Subscription
This license can be activated in your McAfee account. If you you don't have a McAfee account yet, you can easily create one, using your own email address. McAfee will offer to activate automatic renewal with them. This is not required and very expensive. We advise to not activate it.

Renewal
This license can be used to renew a running subscription. You will keeep using the same McAfee account and reinstalling the software is not reuqired.

Updates
During the subscription period you are always entitled to the latest version of the software. Virus databases are daily updated to offer protection against the lates threats.
