Microsoft 365 Family is a subscription for up to 6 people. Each person will have:
✔ Installed versions of Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access*
✔ These can be installed on up to 5 computers/laptops, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones.
✔ Office online
✔ 1TB online storage in OneDrive
✔ Teams
✔ ClipChamp, Designer, Defender
Only the owner of the subscription will have:
✔ Copilot (AI)

ABOUT THIS LICENSE
• Microsoft 365 Family is a subscription for up to 6 persons for 1 year.
• One person is the owner (administrator) of the subscription. This person can share the subscription with up to 5 other people.
• After ordering this product, you will receive a license code by email (and in your account on our website).
• You can easily copy/paste this code into your own Microsoft account. If you don't have a Microsoft account yet, you can create one.
• The subscription will not be renewed automatically at the end of the year. You will receive an email reminder a month before the subscription ends, asking if you wish to renew.

NEW SUBSCRIPTION OR RENEWAL
• This product can be used to start a new subscription, or to renew your current subscription. This means a renewal has the same price as the first year of a new subscription.
• When you renew a subscription, a full year will be added, ensuring that you don’t lose any time on a running subscription.
• Renewing has to be done in the Microsoft account of the owner (administrator).

Windows OS: Windows 11, Windows 10.
macOS: One of the three most recent versions of macOS. When a new major version of macOS is released, the macOS and the previous two versions.
Adnroid: The last 4 major versions of Android
iOS: The 2 most recent versions of iOS

For the best experience, use the most current build of any operating system specified above. Product functionality and feature availability may vary on older systems (Search Microsoft lifecycle Policy).

Computer and processor
Windows OS: 1.6 (GHz) or faster, 2-core
macOS: Apple Silicon or Intel x86-processor

Memory
Windows OS: 4 GB RAM; 2 GB RAM (32-bit)
macOS: 4 GB RAM

Hard disk
Windows OS: 4 GB of available disk space
macOS: 10 GB of available disk space; HFS+ hard disk format (also known as Mac OS Extended) or APFS Updates may require additional storage over time.

Display
Windows OS: 1280 x 768 screen resolution (32-bit requires hardware acceleration for 4K and higher)
macOS: 1280 x 800 screen resolution. Web apps require the same minimum resolution as the OS they are running on. Apps running inside of Microsoft Teams adhere to the Teams minimum resolution. Minimum resolution assumes zoom, DPI settings, and text scaling are set at 100%. If not set to 100%, minimum resolution should be scaled accordingly.

Graphics
Windows OS: Graphics hardware acceleration requires DirectX 9 or later, with WDDM 2.0 or higher for Windows 10 (or WDDM 1.3 or higher for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update).
macOS: No graphics requirements.

Browser
The current version of Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.

.NET version
Windows OS: some features may require .NET 3.5 or 4.6 and higher to also be installed.

Other
• Internet functionality requires an internet connection. Fees may apply.
• In order to use some additional Outlook features, Microsoft Edge WebView2 must be installed.
• A touch-enabled device is required to use any multitouch functionality, but all features and functionality are always available by using a keyboard, mouse, or other standard or accessible input device. Note that touch features are optimized for use with Windows 10 or Windows 8.1.
• Product functionality and graphics may vary based on your system configuration. Some features may require additional or advanced hardware or server connectivity.
• A Microsoft or organizational account is required for licensing and access to services.
